For our next SKÁL! pop-up, we’re welcoming our good friends from Omegn & Venner in Copenhagen to Njálsgata for two special evenings.
Omegn & Venner is a restaurant and shop located in Copenhagen’s Torvehallerne, with a focus on exceptional ingredients and the people behind them. They work closely with small-scale producers who grow and craft their products with care, creating simple, flavourful food that allows each ingredient to shine.
Co-owners Denny and Sarah will be travelling to Reykjavík alongside Maria Lesi, head chef at Omegn & Venner.
During their stay in Iceland, the team will explore local ingredients and meet Icelandic producers before bringing their two kitchens together for a five-course menu inspired by Icelandic produce, the landscape and Omegn & Venner’s approach to cooking.
