Flying Reykjavík - AcroYoga for Everyone

Flying Reykjavík: AcroYoga for Everyone is a lively, visual and family-friendly movement arts event taking place outdoors in the heart of Reykjavík during Culture Night. The aim is to introduce AcroYoga to Reykjavík residents and festival visitors through a mix of performances, an open workshop and simple, accessible activities that members of the public can try for themselves.
AcroYoga combines yoga, balance, gymnastics, dance, play and circus arts. Rather than being a traditional stage performance where the audience simply watches from a distance, the event creates a lively and welcoming space where people can stop, watch, ask questions, have a go and take part at their own pace. In this way, the event becomes both a cultural experience and an open community gathering.
