O’Flynn makes his long-awaited Australian and New Zealand debut this September, arriving with a new album that captures him at a defining moment.

For over a decade, O’Flynn has quietly become one of the UK’s most respected producers and DJs, a singular voice in contemporary electronic music, grounded in dexterous production and an instinctive feel for the underground. His catalogue runs deep, shaped by curiosity, and marked by collaborations with artists such as Bonobo and Barry Can’t Swim.

Releasing music across Ninja Tune, Blip Discs, and his own imprint Hundred Flowers, O’Flynn’s work has earned support from tastemakers including Four Tet, Ben UFO, Gilles Peterson, and James Blake.
A pivotal moment came via Bonobo’s Fabric mix, which led to the collaborative track Otomo, a quietly monumental piece, and later saw O’Flynn join Bonobo on tour. Around the same time, he released Shimmer, a collaborative album with Frazer Ray via Ninja Tune’s Technicolour imprint, praised by DJ Mag as “a perfect cocktail of soaring emotions and bottom-heavy bass.”

O’Flynn completed a five-week sold-out residency at London’s Phonox, followed by a sold-out headline show at KOKO and a sold-out UK live tour in April, marking a clear step up in scale and demand.

In 2023, O’Flynn became a resident on Rinse FM, further cementing his role as both curator and craftsman. More recently, he delivered the inaugural release on Barry Can’t Swim’s Earth’s Only Paradise label, two tracks that stretched from disco-lit dancefloors to sharp-edged club pressure.

Now, O’Flynn returns with Kairos, his third full-length album, released July 17 via his own Panthus label. Named for the ancient Greek concept of the decisive moment, when conditions align, Kairos feels exactly that: a record where club energy meets patience, detail, and atmosphere. Music built for immersion.

This debut AU & NZ tour marks the arrival of an artist fully in his stride, backed by an album rich in colour, tone, and intent. This September Gallery welcomes him in Melbourne and Sydney, expect an immersive journey through one of electronic music's most exciting catalogues.

We acknowledge that this event will be held on Wurundjeri land of the Kulin Nation and recognise that sovereignty was never ceded. We pay our respects to their Elders, past, present and emerging.
