Would you like to give your body and mind an opportunity to relax in a beautiful outdoor setting under the open sky?
This summer, you are invited to join free Yoga Nidra and Gong Relaxation sessions at Klambratún. The sessions are open to everyone.
Yoga Nidra, often referred to as “yogic sleep,” is a guided relaxation practice that allows the body and mind to experience deep rest. You simply make yourself comfortable and follow the instructor’s voice as you are guided through breathing exercises, body awareness, progressive muscle relaxation, mindfulness practices, and the soothing sounds of the gong.
✨ No previous experience with yoga or Yoga Nidra is required.
✨ The sessions are suitable for both beginners and experienced practitioners.
✨ Participation is free of charge.
