Please check in with the All Event Cruises team at the undercover gazebo area at the top of the wharf.

The vessel may not be visible or berthed at the wharf until shortly before boarding. Please do not wait for the boat to arrive before checking in.

Valid government-issued photo identification may be required. MV Calmer is a licensed venue operating under strict liquor licensing and Responsible Service of Alcohol requirements.

⏰ Arrival and Departure

Please allow plenty of time for travel, parking and check-in. The vessel aims to depart promptly and cannot wait for late arrivals. Missing the boat does not provide grounds for a refund, credit or transfer.

🪑 Event Style and Seating

This is primarily a standing, dancing and cocktail-style event—not a seated or table-service experience. Limited unreserved seating is available throughout the vessel but cannot be reserved or guaranteed.

Guests must not bring personal chairs, stools or other seating onboard. Please review photographs from previous events on our social media pages before booking to ensure this event style is suitable for you.

👠 Footwear Policy

MV Calmer has steep internal stairs. Tall, pointed or stiletto heels are not permitted. Flat shoes or small chunky heels are recommended.

🎒 Bag Policy

Bags larger than a small purse or clutch are not permitted. All bags may be searched before boarding. Guests arriving with backpacks, large totes or similar items may be refused admission without refund.

♿ Accessibility

MV Calmer is not fully accessible due to the design of the wharf, marine gangway, multi-level vessel and steep stairs. The vessel cannot accommodate wheelchairs.

Guests are responsible for determining whether the vessel and event are suitable for their individual accessibility, mobility or personal requirements before purchasing tickets. Please contact All Event Cruises before booking to discuss suitability. Unsuitability does not provide grounds for a refund.

🍽 Food, Dietary Requirements and Allergens

Hot food will be available for purchase. Any advertised menu is indicative only and may change without notice.

The onboard kitchen operates in a shared environment and cannot be considered allergen-free. Cross-contamination may occur, and we cannot guarantee the complete absence of allergens, including gluten.

Guests with severe allergies, significant intolerances or specific dietary requirements must determine whether the available food and onboard kitchen environment are suitable before booking. Dietary or allergen-related unsuitability does not provide grounds for a refund.

🍹 Licensed Venue—No BYO

Food and beverages are available for purchase onboard. Cash and card are accepted. Strictly no BYO food or drinks are permitted.

👥 Group Bookings

Where one person purchases tickets for multiple attendees, the purchaser is responsible for ensuring every guest receives and understands all event information, entry requirements, policies and terms and conditions before the event.

A guest’s failure to receive, read or understand this information does not provide grounds for a refund, credit, transfer or compensation.

🌧 Weather

Events operate in most weather conditions. MV Calmer has substantial indoor areas across the main and mid decks, so rain does not ordinarily prevent the cruise from proceeding.

🔒 Safety, Security and Conduct

MV Calmer is monitored by CCTV. Guests must comply with crew directions, security procedures, venue policies, safety requirements and Responsible Service of Alcohol regulations.

All Event Cruises reserves the right to refuse entry or remove any guest displaying aggressive, belligerent, intoxicated, unsafe or otherwise non-compliant behaviour. No mid-cruise pickups or drop-offs are available.

📸 Photography and Video

Professional photography and videography may occur during the event. By purchasing a ticket and boarding the vessel, guests consent to All Event Cruises using event images or footage for promotional, marketing and operational purposes without compensation.

👜 Personal Property

Personal belongings must not be left unattended. All Event Cruises Pty Ltd accepts no responsibility for lost, stolen or damaged items.

🔁 Refund Policy

All sales are final. Tickets are non-refundable unless the event is cancelled by the organiser. Tickets are also non-transferable unless expressly approved by All Event Cruises.

Cruise duration may include embarkation and disembarkation. Advertised times, vessel operations and event arrangements may be adjusted where reasonably required by All Event Cruises management or the vessel Captain.
